Who Are You?
Thanx is looking for an in house Recruiting Manager to lead our recruiting efforts to scale our fast growing business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record identifying hard to find talent and closing them. You know how to activate an entire company into a recruiting machine and are not afraid to personal source candidates one In Mail at a time. You can set up Greenhouse just the way you like and guide our hiring managers through a best of breed interview process that helps us find the best employees and makes sure all candidates feel good about their engagement with Thanx.
Manages the full cycle recruitment process for all open positions
Capable of juggling multiple requisitions at once
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
Lead the creation of a culture where all employees feel responsible for recruiting great talent
Responsible for ensuring a positive end to end candidate experience
Develop and execute sourcing strategies to effectively build the talent pipeline including direct discovery and outreach to interesting candidates
Support implementation of new recruiting initiatives and best practices
Assist hiring managers in the creation of enhanced hiring profiles and job descriptions
Screen candidates via telephone interviews
Track candidates through the recruiting lifecycle and through the ATS
Partner with Hiring Managers on the offer process including salary negotiations
5 + years of recruiting experience
Experience with recruiting tools including LinkedIn Recruiter and modern ATS
Understanding of recruiter best practices
Experience hiring for multiple verticals including Tech, Sales, Operations, etc.
Hands on experience with full lifecycle corporate recruiting (screening, interviewing, closing)
Ability to creatively source candidates including events
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Partnership approach to working with hiring managers as trusted advisor
Passion and success in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment
