Who Are You?
Thanx is looking for an Office and Events Coordinator to coordinate the many events occurring at our office and at the 15 plus trade shows we participate in across the country. The ideal candidate will have a “can do” attitude with a willingness to do a great job in whatever is required of them no matter how large or small the task. From scheduling and greeting candidates, to cleaning the kitchen and stocking snacks, to managing logistics for upcoming tradeshows. This person will be an integral part of the Thanx community working with every employee and often be the first person a candidate or vendor meets. If you are organized, energized, and have the ability to take initiative and resourcefully solve problems with a service oriented mindset, this position is for you!
